Problem: Internet Explorer crashes when I enter a web-cam chat

I've tried Chat Roulette and many other web-cam chats and all of them crash my Internet Explorer browser the moment I let it access my web cam. My web cam is functional, I used it for GTalk and Skype.

I use an Asus Eee Pc, running Windows XP.
