WM Recorder Scheduler Problem

I am recording video and audio with streaming protocol rtsp.*I know the URL of each series.*Series very much.*I break them into groups of 50 and am submitting them to the scheduler WM Recorder V.14.0, so that every 30 minutes, run two record.*The problem is: Termination of the scheduler at random times and cease running until you restart the recorder. Recording starts at the wrong time with a random failure. When the scheduler Off, I run the manual recording and after the third run error message:

WM RECORDER: "Another version of WM Recorder was detected. WM Recorder must close now"
