recording radio stream on schedule

hi.........I have total recorder ...and can schedule it to record anything,thats fine...but how do I schedule my radio stream........if I am going out and dont want to leave radio streaming until I want to record?sure total recorder wont start until I tell it to but I really do not want to leave the stream running till then........no doubt the answer is staring me in the face , if someone would be so kind as to point it out for me I'd be v grateful ,,thanks
