convert with command line (convert movies to movies, audio to audio, movie to audio)

hi,

i need something to convert files
something like "lame" just one exe and a dll without installer.
only a command line but the problem from lame is that it only supports audio files
and i want to convert movies to movies, audio to audio, movie to audio.

i spend hours to seek but i couldn't found anything
