Streaming files lost HELP!

Hi there.

I hope this question is ok.

Usually when I stream files off the internet they save somewhere on my computer and i can locate them when offline by doing a simple Search for Movies. Now, however, they dont appear in the search and i cant find them anywhere.

Can anyone help me? Perhaps it has something to do with another user account on this PC? I cant find any settings to change.
