Recording and broadcasting (streaming) live desktop (Ubuntu Linux)

I use Ubuntu 9.10. I'm looking for a software like Procaster that allows me to record and broadcas my desktop to a web-site like UStream, Justin TV, LiveStream. Procaster supports Windows and Mac only. Is there something similar thaw works on Linux?
