trouble w/ streaming Quicktime video - help!

I'm trying to get 2 videos that are being streamed in Quicktime. I've tried about 4 or 5 different programs, as well as a few different versions of Quicktime (including full versions of 6 and 7.1), but no matter what I still can't get them.
