mytv.tvb.com: How to download video on :'mytv.tvb.com'(RTMPE)

I have tried Replay Media Catcher 3.02,
It doesn't work,
there is the error message:

I've searched before and I know there is a tool call 'rtmpdump'.But I can't get it again.
(http://linuxcentre.net/getiplayer/download/ wrote: rtmpdump has been replaced with a forked version called flvstreamer. flvstreamer is basically rtmpdump without rtmpe support)

How can I download video form this site ??
