WM Recorder - What mode to use PRO or ADA to record live stream with authentication

I'm in a bit of a time crunch
I have limited time access to some stored web cam sports recordings and would love to get copies before they are off of the server. (within a day I think they will be gone)

I purchased WM Recorder and have it set up with defaults except for file location and I set max size to 4TB. The source video is about 2.2 hours in real-time length. It starts PERFECTLY and is recording the stream just great. The live stream continues however long after the recording indicates "complete".

I check the recording and sure enough - it ends too early - it is not complete. Probably about 1/3 complete actually.

My question: How do I get WM Recorder to keep recording the stream?

I am trying something this time - I set the "mode" to "pro" to see what that would do... I'll know in a while.

Some other info:
The site does require authentication which I supply just before I begin the recording. (each time)

Any advice?
Thanks!
