Problem removing DRM from BBC iPlayer mp4 files using FairUse4WM

Hello to everyone, i would like to uncode BBC iPlayer mp4 files. I found on YouTube tutorial how to do it. The gentleman is using FairUse4WM from mp4 to wma. When i lounched FU4WM by Recovery Keys i have table with start button. After that is there tip off as "IBX components not appear to be present" and after OK is there " Attempting to recover drm keys DrmClien.DLL ver. 10.0.03802". In the YouTube video is after click on Recovery Key button, should appear OK button and afterwards WN explorer table to find video file from disk to uncode it to wma format.

I am using WN XP Home edition OEM ver. 2002 SP3, i had WMP 11 and i rolled back to ver. 9 and i did roll back with WNP 11 Runtime as well to ver. 9 and afterwards i installed WMP is 10 version included in milOtis zip file and Fair Use4WM 1.3. Fix
i deleted "wmvcore.dll" and "wmploc.dll"

Thank you for help.

Sincerely Mehdi
