Required Help Xmtv Player Channels

DEAR FRIEND CAN I USE XMTV PLAYER CHANNEL IN VLC OR IPTV RECEIVER. I TRY TO USE BELOW LINK IN SRT-4922 BUT NOT WORKING. CAN POSSIBLE TO CONVERT FOR VLC OR IPTV RECEIVER. IT IS WORKING IN SIMPLE TV.

to get work on VLC you must create m3u file
