Yes it's possible. DO YOUR HOMEWORK...Install rtmpdump and you'll get'em all

Here is an example:

rtmpdump -r "rtmp://50.23.113.212/stream" -a "stream" -f "WIN 13,0,0,214" -W "http://www.liveflash.tv/resources/scripts/eplayer.swf" -p "http://www.liveflash.tv/embedplayer/qlmlive2/1/595/465" -C S:OK --live -y "qlmlive2?id=595" -o "2014-08-17_12-55-41_qlmlive2.flv"

first of all thanks for reply can you give some more detial where from i can download and how to use rtmpdump. if you have some software to convert stream to m3u8 or some detail please share also.thanks
