rtmpdump not working with this url - what am I missing?

Hey everyone, I am familiar with rmtpdump and I've used it before but I'm trying to download a particular stream and I keep getting errors.

I am using wireshark (see attachments) to sniff the packet and try and get the correct url (I've tested this procedure with other urls and it worked fine, but it's not on this one.)

rtmpdump -r rtmp://31.220.0.133:1935/live -y cc12 -o out
RTMPDump v2.4

Connecting ...
INFO: Connected...
ERROR: rtmp server sent error
ERROR: rtmp server requested close

Please let me know if you have any ideas why. Thanks in advance.

I had tried specifying some of those other args but I was missing something.
