It's not using rtmp. It's transmitted over http in chuncks.

Try with (although it's not working always):

http://iphone-streaming.ustream.tv/uhls/16095148/streams/live/iphone/playlist.m3u8

No, it's using http. Capture traffic and then watch it with wireshark.

Or even if you want another proof see:

http://cdngw.ustream.tv/Viewer/getStream/1/16095148.amf

If it was using rtmp you would see it there.
