Can someone help me in getting the stream?

I'm trying to get the stream from http://www.citynews.ca/liveplayer/. This used to work with rtmpsrv. But since last couple of days, rtmpsrv can no longer find the stream.
Any help is appreciated.

Just open it in VLC.
