Remove DRM protection from Windows Media mms:// stream

Hi, I don't exactly understand how it's work. But I should have a license file, yes ?

But how can I remove DRM from mms stream ? I tried download live stream - used program called mmsrip (downloaded about 10 MB file) - next tried to run FreeMe2 but it asked about SID key. I searched the internet and noticed that I need drmdbg and license file... and what now ? I can't find drmdbg on linux, and haven't any idea how to get license file to that stream.
