Help Downloading from Disney Site!

I'd like to download the commercial that pops up here: http://watchdisneyjunior.go.com/ I have used another person's advice to try to use the m3u8 link to download, but, alas, I can't get the FFMpeg commands to run on my Windows computer (tried adding its path to environment variables and my registry to get it installed, to no avail). I then tried downloading the individual TS files from the m3u8 link I thiiink is right (http://content.uplynk.com/ext/21885d.../WatchDJR.m3u8)...but when I download, any TS file ends up varying in size but not having any content in it (I don't come up with codecs, a file format, or anything else when I look them up in MediaInfo). Help, please? I'm obviously clueless about all of this. Thanks in advance!
