[HELPPP] Streaming with HDS(HTTP Dynamic Streaming)

Hello people, this is my first thread in the forum and i apologize if I am posting it in the wrong section, but I need help inmediately. I need the following program: "ADOBE FLASH MEDIA SERVER 4.5", does anyone know if there is a link to download its full version? And do you know how to stream with HTTP Dynamic Streaming. I am very lost. Regards.

It's $249, but looks like it should allow you to stream to multiple platforms quite well.
