I used wireshark and found 2 urls But i dont know how to play in VLC

the format is correct.The only thing is i need a full url to give as stream? ANy ideas?

http://www.istream.com/livetv/ is the site with different streams. ANy live stream is fine . It all uses the same technology and site for streaming.
Please tell us how to get the url

use rtmpexplorer + rtmpsrv-vlc
example http://www.istream.com/livetv/40/TV1
