Need some advice

Does anyone know what audio program would be good to use if i wanted to allow a visitor to visit my website and click on a icon and be able to talk live with one of my employees and have the whole conversation be heard on another website?.
I am trying to set up a communication system between Asia and north America for my E.S.L school.
