Which way should I record ??

Hi ,

I have recently bought a subscription to Eurosport player. There recorded streams have no sports commentary. You do however have commentary on live streams. Is it possible to record the live streams with some easy software. I have little understanding of this sort of thing but was hoping someone could advise me.

What would be ideal is if I could set something to record from a website without having to start up a PC to do this. Perhaps a website or a software you could set to record a TV program and would be recorded to a server rather than my PC whilst recording. Or is another way to purchase a independent device , with a computer within (maybe a media device) that could do this ?
