Can somebody tell me IP Cam vwith rtmpdump?

Hi All:
I am new in this forum! Can anyone tell me if rtmpdump can implement into the IP cam and make it support RTMP portocol?

Hello Everyone~~
Can anyone help me? Guide me or explain it?
My question is...
We want to publish the live streaming of IP Cameas via RTMP protocol. Our OS is Embedded Linux. Can rtmpdump be a server? And how to do that??
