How to connect SVR 1645 via internet

Hallow! i have a slightly different problem with my SVR 1645 Samsung product it came with everything including all its CDS ... its working perfectly then i decided to connect it via internet 4 obvious reasons whch i never thought would be so complicated b'coz i made all the significant changes to my SVR 1645 and saved em then ping it with my server the connection was alright.. then i installed the Network Program provided by IPOLIS PRODUCT but when i tried i tried running it asked for User and Password which was weird coz i removed my DVR password... so i tried the default password still nothing... then i tried my server password but still nothing!... So am thinking people who made these products are smart they must have sumkind of solutions for these errors only to find out people from Tanzania cant sign up in IPOLIS PRODUCT as its not listed ... and u cnt sign up with fake info from another country..

Any help is most welcomed..
