Is skype number landline or mobile?

Hi,

I am thinking about switching to Sprint and taking advantage of their $70 unlimited mobile to mobile calling, texting and web. My husband uses Skype to contact me from overseas, and has purchased a skype number.

My question is, is the skype number a landline local number or a mobile local number? Because I will only get 450 landline minutes and i want to make sure it'll be a mobile number first so it'll be free.

Anyone know?

A Skype telephone number is classified as a landline number.
