how to capture URL from www.tvjalsa.com embedded player to play in my media player

Hi to all....I am trying to learn how to capture the URL from this embedded player to play in my own media player. This is what I got from this website

This is what I got so far. I am trying to form the URL but no go at all...

I tried to play it into my own player (XBMC) but did not work...is there any authentication required. I am just wondering...thanks
