Recording Video with Pre-Buffer

So basically I'm looking for a software that records video with a pre-buffering system. What I mean by this is that the software is constantly capturing video from the webcam (just capturing, not saving), but once I press 'record', it saves video from a minute or two prior to me pressing the record button until I press stop.

How is this useful? Say, for example, I'm watching a basketball game. Somebody does a crazy slam dunk which I miss, but 30 seconds after the dunk I'm told by my friends that the shot was absolutely awesome. I press record, and because the software is constantly capturing video, it would have saved the dunk from a minute prior to my hitting the 'record' button, and allowed me to have the entire dunk and it's aftermath saved as a video on my computer. As another example, say my kid does something out of the blue, which I miss (or would like to see again), but said software can allow me to view what I've missed by recording it in time.

Do you guys know of any such softwares? Cost is not an issue as it's for a business, but the cheaper the better, or if there's any freeware/patches, that would be awesome as well. Thanks!
