I want to buy source code for stream recording software.

- I am looking for someone who has built something robust and is willing to sell / license the source code to me.
- I am open using open source code, but would appreciate referrals on the best starting point.
- The source code of something like "StreamTransport" would be great.
- Most likely, the person who has developed the software that I am purchasing would also be engaged on a consulting basis to modify and enhance the work.
- I do not need (or want) the code to support recording of DRM protected streams.
