Darwin Quicktime Stream Quality Problem

Hello,
I need some help to resolve a streaming issue.

I installed Darwin in Amazon Virtual server, but I do have some quality issues when I read a 3gp file. The reading is cut or stopped ..I do not have any connection problems to the server.
Sometimes the 3gp and mp4 files can be read on realplayer and sometimes not. The same thing happens with Quicktime.

Could anyone advice on the right configuration or point to what could be the the problem.
