How to dowload/capture Adobe HTTP Dynamic Streaming (F4F)?

Do you know any software that can download/capture Adobe HTTP Dynamic Streaming?

Sample F4F flash video:

The latest beta version of Replay Media Catcher 4 (Jaksta) supports such streams.

The latest version, Replay Media Catcher 4.3.2 (released Sep 16 2011), doesn't support it and there are no public beta releases available for download. I guess we just have to wait for the next version to be released, which could in fact be relatively soon given that it's usually updated every few months. Can't wait though, since I have a whole bunch of Fora.Tv videos on my "to download" list

Can any freeware accomplish this? (even if it requires a more complex process).
I tried BitRecorder and Coojah + Blader unsuccesfully so far.
TIA

Here is an example: http://fora.tv/2009/07/22/The_Electric_Horizon_Shai_Agassi .
I think that all videos on that site use the new Adobe .f4f segmented format (except for ads which remain in .flv format).

BTW, Orbit Downloader and StreamTransport were not successful so far either.
