Have you tried to use GUI RTMPE recorders like StreamTransport and Coojah?

If you use Linux, then try rtmpdump (with rtmpsuck or rtmpsrv).

You can now use p7Napper (Version 20130101 from http://users.on.net/~m.elliott/p/index.html) for the revamped PLUS7 website.
