2 DVR setup at One BSNL Broad band connection

I am having 36 CC tv cams on two 16CH Raysharp D9216V Model DVRs
and I am Having two broad band connections, one is static IP and other one is dynamic IP. now i want to connect two dvrs on one Broad Band connection it is on static or dynamic.

at presently i am using two dvrs on two connetion. i have try to connect two dvrs at one connection but it is will showing only 16 cams. after 1min time it will showing second dvr cams randamly

i have try the Media port 9000. web port is 80

Modems used BSNL ADSL modems are Utstar WA3002G4 , another one is VMC AN1020-21

please help to connect 2 dvrs
