AACS Question Regarding AnyDVD HD

When ANYDVD HD opens up after inserting a blu ray disc of course the analysis typically reads (and includes) "Removed AACS Copy Protection" and "Removed UOPS." Does this mean this permanently is removed from the DISC or just temporarily so one can continue doing what they want with the disc? Or am I misunderstanding this. Is it just decryption in the sense that it decodes it just so the computer can rip but no actual change is made to the disc?

Exactly. But after decrypting your Blu-Ray disc onto HDD, you can then burn in onto Blu-Ray, convert to some other format,...
