Free program that would allow me to record a radio program once a week on schedule

I would like a free program that would allow me to record a radio program once a week. If possible I would like to be able to program it to start and stop if I am not at home.
Any suggestions? Thanks for any help that you can provide.

If you want to record from sound card, you can use many direct sound recording programs like commercial Replay AV. Simlple direct sound recording programs are free. I don't really know any free radio recording programs that support scheduling.
