Need help with Brightcove capture for Mac

I need help capturing 3 short (10min) Brightcove videos (not porn). I am using Mac OSX 10.6.4. I am not very tech savvy so anything that's not GUI is greek to me. If any kind souls care to lend a hand, please send me a private message.

Brightcove offers flash videos (HTTP, RTMP and RTMPE) as well as HTML 5 videos. Could you please post a web-page you're trying to download/capture from?
