It a progressive HTTP .flv video stream. If you have problems downloading it with a stream recorder, try to close your web-browser.

Alternatively you can use software that allows to capture packets from flash player like freeware Freecorder 4, Jaksta Free Media Recorder or paid Replay Media Catcher.
