How to convert Kodak video to iPad (need Kodak Video to iPad converter)?

I got a new Apple iPad and want to play your recorded movies from Kodak camcorders? Many of my friends once have the same problem. They want to transfer the funny shot videos from Camcorder and enjoy them on iPad, but found that the iPad can't play Kodak video files, which only support MPEG-4, H.264 videos and AAC, MP3, AIFF, WAV audio files.

How to convert Kodak video to iPad?

Note:
When connected to a personal computer (PC) on Windows, the iPad communicates with a piece of Apple iTunes. The iPad and iTunes work together to synchronize the movie and music available on the iPad to those available on the PC. This happens automatically, without any intervention being required from the user. Can I convert Kodak videos to iPad without iTunes?
