How can i donwload videos from Arte+7

E.g. 2 Videos on arte+7:

In the Side source text are the Link to a XML-Datei. For the 1st Video:

_http://videos.arte.tv/de/do_delegate/videos/glenn_gould-3210568,view,asPlayerXml.xml

This contains a Link to a 2nd XML-Datei:

_http://videos.arte.tv/de/do_delegate/videos/glenn_gould-3210570,view,asPlayerXml.xml

and in this XML-Datei is the requested rtmp-Link to the Video:
