flash videos on ipad?

I just got some flash videos on my pc. i wanna know how can i watch these flash videos on my iPad?

iPad doesn't support flash videos. And it will hardly ever support them.

You can use audio/video converter to convert flash videos to an iPad compatible format. Then transfer the videos to your iPad with iTunes.

h.264 .FLV videos can be remuxed into MP4 with no quality loss:
FLV with H264 Codecs: Convert FLV to MP4 without re-encoding (remux FLV)
