Switch between Freeview HD and Xbox 360 on TV with single HDMI port

I was considering upgrading to Freeview HD but I only have one HDMI port on my TV, a Vistron 32". The HDMI port permanently has my Xbox 360 plugged in. I was wondering if I bought a HDMI splitter and used that, how would I switch between my Xbox 360 and my Freeview HD?

Thanks

An HDMI splitter allows to watch video from Freeview HD, or Xbox 360, or any other HDMI source on two (or more) HDTVs.

You need to get an HDMI switch instead.
