DRM has been removed after burning to a CD or not?I burnt a few discs to an audio CD format (not described as AIFF format, so I'm not all too sure) and then inserted one back into the computer. When I attempted to play the CD it's default was to play in iTunes (version 9.0.3.15, if that's helpful) and when I attempted to open it in Windows Media Player, the CD text wasn't there. On the My Computer interface, the CD is shown to contain 0 bytes of free or used space. I don't know of a way to test that the DRM is removed as I only use an iPod and the DRM protected music has always worked on my phone... That's all the relevent information I can think of.

Re: DRM has been removed after burning to a CD or not?Audio CD don't have DRM protection. You can burn CD with CD text or without it.
Anyway you can rip audio from your Audio CDs and then use software that allows to tag albums. |
