www.sidereel.com: How to download free full TV episodes?

I have problems watching Hulu outside the US. Proxy servers don't work for me. I've tried Hotspot Shield and it doesn't work for me as well.

But there is another great web-site with free full TV episodes.

I'm not sure whether they offer legal content or not. But my question is not about it. I would like to know whether it is possible to download full TV episodes from Sidereel.com. Please suggest. Thank you.

sidereel doesn't host any videos themselves, they just link to other sites (like megavideo). So the question is just whether you can access those other sites from wherever you are.

(Note - a lot of the sites they link to are just spam sites loaded with ads...)
