How to download youtube videos?
I use Proxy to watch youtube. Because it is filtered.

So I can't download the videos using the common softwares or websites.

any idea to download youtube videos using proxy?

Can you tell me which website you have been using to watch youtube videos... !!!

My country have blocked Youtube and i was hoping you can help me to find an alternative to watch youtube videos......

I have tried using proxy but they only show youtube pages not the video it self... !!

The biggest problems with proxy servers is that most of the free ones do not allow to download large files and watch videos. They limit file size very aggressively.

The good thing is that there are alternatives:
How to access BBC iPlayer, Hulu, Fancast, Pandora, any other region-restricted sites

You can also use web-sites that allow to download and CONVERT YouTube videos. Such web-sites download YouTube videos to their servers, so you can download them not from youtube, but from other servers. The only problem is that you can lose some quality when converting.
