Message to GetFLV

I have used your product and have been thus far been very happy with it. I only purchased it for use on the HULU website and purchased it with lifetime upgrades. For the past four weeks there have not been any updates to correct the issues experienced with Hulu.com. But you are continuing to sell the product stating that it does.

Since you are not letting your customers know what the status of any future updates are, responding to my email request or following thru on your promise of updates; I can only conclude that you are knowingly defrauding the general public.

Odd that it has to come to this because you really do have a great product, when it works.

They don't answer onto e-mails, but used to answer in the forum. Besides this is a good warning to other users who were thinking about buying GetFLV

GETFLV staff should, at least, let us know they are working on a new version of GetFLV that will solve the Hulu download problem.

If you Whois the domain name Getflv.net you get a company called superlogix.net as the registed owner based out of China. Superlogix.net sells PC utility software. Terry Backer is the site administrator. Perhaps he can help. contact@superlogix.net
