PPS (PPStream) problem after installing the latest version. pls help!

I have a problem after reinstalling the latest version of PPS download....i don't know why now whenever i watch movies or drama, it will show a (EaseSO) PPStream and then the rest i can't see as i didn't download a chinese character thing...when i click on the tab, it just bring me to a blank with connection problem or that when i had the crawler install, it just went they can't find the ppsrestartup thing....can someone help me on this?
