You may try to save streaming music videos from keithurban.net with Web Stream Dumper of Replay Media Catcher (RMC). You may also try to capture (not download) these streams with Jaksta.

Freeware Ask & Record Toolbar can also save streaming videos from keithurban.net

Anti leach features are employed on this site.

In Jaksta:

Tools > Settings and expand Download or Record.
Click the Add button and add 212.187.212.115 as the site and flv as the file extension.

This will cause Jaksta to record the video as it is played in your browser.
