I would like to rip/dowload/record/save flash several flash videos from mindtv.org .

They have a descriotion on the right. Is it possible to save these web-pages with description with the flash videos?

Try Replay Media Catcher or any other RTMP Flash stream recorder.

And you have to save description for the recorded flash videos separately.
