Replay Media Catcher "only able to capture a partial RTMP stream" from paid site

Newbie here - please help.

I use Replay Media Catcher and am on a paid site. I was able to capture about 20 items (ranging from 3 to 8 minutes) and all of a sudden I can't capture. I tried a restart, reinstall and restart, and emptied cache. Nothing! I either get about 30kb or 0kb captured and then the little blue icon indicating that it was "only able to capture a partial RTMP stream".

I believe somehow I'm being blocked. Any ideas?

The next update of Replay Media Catcher should work better with RTMP streams. So far you can try other RTMP stream recorders like freeware Orbit Downloader.
