help with the m3u8 link from nbc

When I am trying to download shows from nbc, take the following link as an example

I get an m3u8 link from the console
That is
https://nbcmpx-vh.akamaihd.net/i/vid...il/master.m3u8

But when I use this link to ffmpeg with a code like this :
