Need help with Flash Variables

I am trying to access the Nest Cam video feeds. I have the rtmp feed and have been successful in getting it to pull the feed when I set the camera to be share public(no authentication required). I found the rtmp link via a mitm on the ios app. When I go to the nest website and start the stream it gives me a list of Flash Variables but I don't know how to use them and input them into an Rtmp link. There is a variable called Session Token which I assume is what I will need to authenticate with the rtmp server. Any help would be much appreciated as I am completely stumped!
