Does anybody know how to find all the pictures of a folder?

Like this

http://photos.cams.com/images/stream...anastacialily/

I have tried using WGET, but I can only get it to download the pictures if I know the complete name. I can't get it to download the complete folder.
Does anybody have any idea??
